Sketch from Day 1 at AX2012. Wanted to try a fantasy armor.

I always start on the left side of the page when I sketch. Also I am shocked there's never any blue lead to be sold at art supply booths in conventions. T-T

I got a good bunch of sketch commissions done at AX!! n_n Big thanks to all who came by for one. :la: Strangely enough, even though all my prints were of chicks, every sketch commission (save for 1 on the very last day) were all dudes. I remember a time I used to sweat like crazy over trying to figure out how to draw a guy, but this time around it was all fun practise. Not that my guys are perfect, but I am getting more used to drawing them. n_n

Your sketches are so beautiful *A*<3 i was wonderin where can you get those blue pencils? I have been using them in my animation class but i never knew where to buy them. ; v;

Thank you so much! :la: Um, tbh I just buy blue lead whenever I see it cause most places around where I live don't keep it in stock as much as regular lead. ><;; I think I'm resorting to just buying some blue lead online since I'm running low. n_n;;

Sometimes I just resort to a blue colored pencil, haha!

you are so welcome!oh ok yeah some stuff is just so hard to find ^^;; not much around here either! i guess i shall do the same and stick with a blue color pencil. Hey it's alot cheaper so yeah xD

Neatooohhh. She looks like she could sorta fit in the same world as the magma knight you illustrated.

The sword almost makes me think of armor-piercing arrows/tank shells. (just sayin...) ;b
