k, so this was actually something i did LAST year, but never got around to scanning until now. last year for cartooning i had to draw a picture, and someone else had to ink it, and this was a beautiful result, i should think.
the guy already did inking as a living, and this was a great honor bestowed on me. honestly, i was afraid my messy lines would've angered them but he said they were fun to ink. he asked what type of inking he wanted as he would provide shadows too, but i figured it'd be easier if i went with solid shading. besides, i've never done solid shading cause i suck with shapes and form. and he inked it perfectly.
he inked the traditionally, with a bottle and nib. fucking class, i say. i got no patience for that. ><;; anyways, i may color this. i drew it without the intent of coloring it, so we'll see.
k, enough of kissing his ass. this is a pic of a girl of course, and she's dressing up. bust instead of changing her shoes, she's changing her feet. and if you look, those aren't gloves and wigs strewn about, those are robotic arms and heads and a torso too. i wanted ot do another 'double take' so this was is not gory like my others, but i think it gets the job done.
she's a singer. it's very reminiscent of my 'Saloon Girl' piece, cause that's what i was thinking of as i drew it. they probably share rooms.
That's so awesome. Your idea for her is so neat, and his inking is beautiful. *o*;; Though, is that a mirror in the background? Oo; There is no reflection. 8D
