one of the sketches from the sleepless night. i rested up so i'm feeling a little better.

i know i'm not the only artist who compares the joker and harley to sweeney todd and mrs lovetts, that sorta 'one way' relationship. the way i figure it, joker and harley go back in time and just start fucking slicing and dicing and make delicious pies under the alias of sweeney and lovett. batman follows, and ends up being a pie cause i felt like drawing point bat ears on top of one of the pies.

then they sing n dance and blah blah blah.

i actually used some of my life drawing stuff for this, using thick charcoal paper and some kinda woodless graphite. nice n soft.

seriously, joker/harley couple is as epic as sweeney/lovetts. and i only drew this cause she would call him 'mr. T' in some of the songs, and that reminded me how harley says 'mr. j'. XD

never done a trade before. what do you have in mind?

it was actually alot better than i thought it would be. >_> i usually don't like movie takes on musicals, but i thought they executed it perfectly. i hate johnny depp, but i liked him in this movie. XD

Got some of those woodless graphites myself the other day, they're nice, but strange, especially if you're used to mechanical/regular pencils..lol. This is awesome! The bat ears are a nice touch...kinda a half-focal point. )
