i drew this in my hotel room at one point during AXPO this year.

alrighty, so i was browsing some korean art at AXPO this year and i must say, i'm loving it ALOT more than anime. almost like a mix of western and eastern comic styles at some point. quite lovely. (not the shoujo or bishi kidna korean art, the action kind.) so like, hyung tae kim is now another god of mine i must revere. he's been aroudn for a bit, but i never really looekd at his stuff till now. amazing stuff. (though i enver played any of the games he has character concepts for.)

so! i drew this as a joke. it's "pechan tries to do korean' stuff. so i was like "i oughta draw a korean samurai." so i gave the girl some weird outfit and a weird sword. and weird hair. kinda like a lion's mane. maybe she uses it to scare off foes. =P and i gave her wide hips. i usually don't draw them that wide...

i dunno any koreans irl so i dunno if i'm offending someone here. XD

the border says 'sammy kammy' all over the place. i wanted to call her 'Samurai Kammy" but 'sammy kammy' sounds cuter. (i have a thing for the name cammy, like from street fighter.)

Schweet. :D I love the eccentric, eclectic feel to it. I have to say the lion's mane is my favorite part; just how it stands out and gently falls on her bosom. For some reason, she reminds me of elements in the game Musashi: Samurai Legend and the manhwa King of Hell... which is a good thing, 'cause I love both. Good job! :w00t:
