miniature figure concept commission for "Rise of the Rainbow Creatures" by Kaha Miniatures!

this commission was actually quite challenging to me. ><;; I'm never confident about drawing/painting guys, and an anthropomorphic one to boot! he started off looking too much like a wolf, then too feline... tiger's have such a distinct shape of head and I hope I captured it. ><;;

also, the figure for this was almost complete by the time i was commissioned for this so it was such a nice change of pace to go right into painting since the pose and angle was already decided.

Thanks, Hibbe. Sketching was sort of a vice for me for a while, I couldn't get passed the sketch stage. ><;; I've been forcing myself to show more detail and finished stuff in general. Thank you again!

Oh don't get me wrong, your sketch work makes me rageous (which is wrath and jealousy combined!) I just can't work myself into that frenzy when struck in the face by your finished stuff.

Now.

Give me more Bubblehead. I must know how the story ends!
